We've developed two kinds of oil extraction procedure (rotor extraction and loop extraction). You will find over 10 oil extraction plants of over 1000MT working capacity have been built so far. Our oil extraction style, installation, and gear are popular for less water, energy, steam and solvent consumption; much less oil residue in meal, leading quality completed meal and crude oil.
Rotation speed of Loop Extractor can be adjusted based on quantity of the incoming oil-bearing supplies. What's much more, solvent leakage is avered by constant material level in the above buffer tank. The factor reduces solvent leakage will be the unfavorable pressure within the extractor. Advanced miscella circulation will decrease fresh solvent use, reduce oil residue in meal, increase miscella concentration, and saves power by reducing quantity of miscella entering into the evaporation system.
Percolation filtration will probably be simple with thin material layer in extractor. Extraction corner will probably be reduced from the turnover at the bending part of Loop Extractor. But this may trigger too a lot meal in miscella. Before entering into the evaporation system, we have to remove themeal.
